What does the entrance fee cost?
We kindly ask everyone else to make a donation. Give as much as you can and want.
Our recommended donation: NOK 150 per film. NOK 300 if you watch films all day. NOK 900 for all three days.
Where and when?
On Friday, all films will be shown at the Fjord Center in Geiranger: Norsk Fjordsenter, Gjørvahaugen 35, 6216 Geiranger.
On Saturday and Sunday, all films will be shown at Dalsbygda grendahus: Dalsbygda barnehage, Rellingsvegen 83, 6214 Norddal.
How to get there?
Please form carpools to get to the festival. If you see hitchhikers on the way, please give them a lift. We have also set up a carpooling group on Facebook to bring drivers and hitchhikers together.
Are the locations accessible for wheelchairs?
All movie theaters are wheelchair accessible and have wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. We do not show films with audio description for blind people.
Where can I sleep?
We highly recommend you the hotel “Petrines Norddal” which will open for our festival. There are also more accommodations available in Norddal, Eidsdal, Eide and Geiranger which you find online. If you do not have the money to book a hotel please contact us and we will try to find an overnight accommodation for you.
Will there be food and drinks?
We will offer drinks, popcorn, and local food in exchange for donations.
