Dugnad

Dugnad (a typical Norwegian rural word) = a joint effort we make together for the community.

This Saturday, everyone who wants to can join a dugnad at Selhaugen, Rellingsetra! Here, you'll help clear the old ski slope near the ski cabin. We'll saw away bushes and undergrowth, prepare firewood, and light bonfires. Or you can help prepare a hearty meal and warmth (maybe even some cultural contributions) inside the wood-fired ski cabin, where we’ll gather for a shared meal after the outdoor work session.

We’ll provide food and tools — but make sure to wear warm clothes suitable for outdoor work!
